Job summary

JEG Filtration in Klang is seeking an organized Order Administrator to support quotations, invoices, and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy in product details and pricing.

You will coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics, keep sales records tidy, and assist with vendor registrations while delivering friendly customer service and smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Admin or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.
• Proficient in Excel and standard office systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices and delivery orders.
• Key in and track customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Be the friendly contact for customers on order status and documents.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams so orders go out on time.
• Assist with customer vendor registrations (SSM, SST certificate and company profile) and approval follow-up.
• Support the sales team with scheduling — meetings, site visits, or delivery arrangements.
• Help sort out order changes or last-minute requests when they arise.
• Keep sales records and filing tidy, and prepare simple order status reports.
• Monitor customers' order frequency and trigger follow-ups when orders slow or stop.

Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 2,500 per month

Job Scope:

• Prepare quotations, invoices and delivery orders, making sure product details, quantities and prices are correct
• Key in and track customer orders from confirmation to delivery
• Be the friendly point of contact for customers asking about order status and documents
• Coordinate with our sales, warehouse and logistics teams so orders go out on time
• Help with customer vendor registrations (compiling documents such as SSM, SST certificate and company profile, then following up on approval)
• Support the sales team with scheduling — meetings, site visits, or delivery arrangements
• Help sort out order changes or last‑minute requests when they come up
• Keep sales records and filing tidy, and prepare simple order status reports
• Monitor customers' order frequency, act or trigger the sales team to follow up when orders are slow or have stopped

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Admin, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience
• Comfortable using Excel and basic office/computer systems
• Good written and spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a few tasks at once
• Willing to learn — no prior filtration or industry background required
