Job summary

DFMA Donaldson Filtration Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive revenue in the assigned territory. You will identify end-user needs, convert them into opportunities, and manage quotations through to sale, while building local key accounts and regional partnerships.

With 3–5 years in technical/industrial sales, you will coordinate with regional application engineering, document success stories, and plan activities using the CRM system in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or business.
• Minimum 3–5 years of technical/industrial sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel advanced).
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly to industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets for the assigned territory and product range.
• Identify end user needs and convert them into opportunities and quotations.
• Develop local key accounts and manage global strategic accounts.
• Develop distribution channels for designated products and markets.
• Coordinate with regional application engineering and provide feedback.
• Document success stories with markets and applications.
• Plan activities and report using the Donaldson CRM system.
• Monitor trends in applications and new technologies in target markets.
• Recommend product and development changes with R&D.
