Job summary

You will answer product inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders while coordinating with Customer Service and Shipping to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, retaining and growing accounts, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B industrial sales experience; outdoor sales experience encouraged.
• Strong communication and customer-focused service.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about products and sales.
• Prepare quotations and process customer purchase orders.
• Follow up on quotations and convert to sales orders.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Shipping teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Retain and grow customer accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Keep customer information and records updated.
• Support collection of payments and credit-related matters.
• Occasionally visit customers when required.
