Job summary

Astra Bintang Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a proactive B2B Sales professional to find and approach new customers via cold calls, WhatsApp and email. You will focus on opening new accounts with contractors, developers, factories, and industrial buyers, and build a strong sales pipeline.

You will understand customer needs, prepare quotations, and work toward closing deals, while meeting monthly activity and sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in B2B sales.
• Experience in cold calling is preferable.
• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin speaker is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Find and approach new customers through cold calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Focus fully on opening new accounts.
• Target contractors, developers, factories, and industrial buyers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until the deal closes.
• Build and manage your own customer base and sales pipeline.
• Hit monthly activity and sales targets.
