Job summary

IPC Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a proactive Sales Executive/Inside Sales to manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and build lasting relationships. You will tailor solutions in semi-finished aluminium alloys and engineering plastics for industrial customers.

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and drive the full sales cycle from enquiry to order fulfilment. Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Finance to meet growth targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales and inside sales is preferred.
• Strong English and Mandarin business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of new and existing B2B customer accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements, and recommend products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
• Develop accounts by identifying new opportunities and requirements.
• Identify potential new customers and support business growth.
• Monitor pricing, terms, and margins when quoting and negotiating.
• Provide demand forecasts for inventory and planning.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Finance to fulfil orders.
• Achieve sales, collection, and KPI targets.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and sales activity records.
