V Soon Auto Parts Sdn Bhd in Puchong is seeking an Indoor Sales / Retail Sales executive to assist walk-in customers and workshop clients. You will recommend suitable spare parts, quote prices, process orders, and follow up on inquiries.

The role requires good communication, a customer‑oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Basic Excel and POS familiarity is preferred, with six days per week and an attractive commission structure.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience; automotive spare parts preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel and POS/invoicing).

Responsabilités

• Attend to walk-in customers and automotive workshop customers.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable automotive spare parts.
• Provide selling price, process delivery orders or cash sales, and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and stay informed about new products and promotions.
• Search for potential new customer accounts.
