Job summary

TP in Malaysia is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Technical B2B / Industrial Solutions) to manage full sales cycles, engage decision-makers remotely, and drive revenue growth from prospecting through deal closure.

This role requires a technical background in mechanical engineering or industrial equipment, 1-3 years B2B sales, fluent Bahasa Malay and business English, and a degree or higher; salary includes 45k–50k THB monthly plus 10–12% commission, with rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of total employment history.
• Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous/current employer(s), required for visa processing purposes.
• 1–3 years relevant sales experience, specifically in machine/engineering/technical/B2B sales.
• Strong Bahasa Malay + business English.
• Technical background in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, HVAC, manufacturing, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage technical and executive stakeholders via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity logs in CRM (daily).
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and account management teams to drive deal velocity.
• Prepare and deliver product pitches tailored to technical buyer personas.
