Job summary

Paradigm Precision Components Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development / Business Account Executive in Penang to identify and develop new industrial customers, manage RFQs/RFPs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for winning opportunities.

You will build relationships with procurement and engineering teams, present capabilities, and negotiate terms while tracking pipeline and revenue forecasts. Travel to events and customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in related disciplines
• 2–5 years experience in B2B sales or related roles
• Experience in precision engineering or industrial sectors an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel for visits and events

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new industrial customers and opportunities
• Manage RFQs/RFPs including costing and quotations
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA and Planning teams
• Present capabilities and support visits, meetings and negotiations
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, delivery, and terms
• Maintain relationships across procurement, supply chain, quality and engineering
• Track quotation status, pipeline, orders, deliveries and forecasts
• Attend trade shows and international market opportunities
• Ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
