Job summary

VISCOY Pte Ltd is seeking a mid-level Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of B2B industrial sales experience to drive market expansion across Malaysia. The role requires strategic thinking to develop market intelligence, execute penetration strategies, and manage the full sales lifecycle for high-value inspection equipment solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Oil & Gas, Marine & Offshore, Aerospace, Security, or related industries.
• Technically inclined with engineering background.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals.
• Knowledge of Malaysia import and regulatory processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from product introductions to closing.
• Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Coordinate after-sale support and training for deployment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting.
• Manage projects and partnerships within Malaysia.
