Job summary

Easmed Pte Ltd is seeking a mid-level Business Development Executive to drive market expansion across Malaysia from Subang Jaya. You will develop market intelligence, pursue high-value inspection equipment opportunities, and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing, while coordinating with the BD Manager and regulatory teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, an engineering background, and strong Mandarin and English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Oil & Gas, Marine & Offshore, Aerospace, Security, or manufacturing.
• Engineering/technical background with ability to understand technical solutions.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Experience engaging technical and commercial stakeholders and managing long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence and identify potential customers in Malaysia.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing for high-value inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with BD Manager to map market strategies and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate after-sales support and training.
