Job summary

Balluff Automation Malaysia Sdn, Bhd. is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to develop new business and solve industrial challenges in sensors, RFID, vision, and automation.

You will be the frontline technical advisor, driving revenue growth and customer success. Responsibilities include expanding the customer network, acquiring new customers across industries, managing key accounts, and conducting roadshows and product seminars.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• 1–3 years in industrial sales or automation.
• Strong interest or experience in sensors, control, or factory automation.
• Proven ability to develop new business with hunter mindset.
• Willingness to frequent customer visits and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and expand the customer network for Industrial Sensors and related products.
• Acquire new customers across Semicon, Life Science, Automation/Robotics, F&B, Metal Working and Packaging.
• Manage and grow Key Accounts and major customers, driving revenue and profit.
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions with the technical support team.
• Drive roadshows, seminars, and technology days.
