Job summary

Miheda Sdn Bhd is an industrial solutions provider specializing in factory automation and smart manufacturing technologies. We offer hands-on experience in inside sales, customer relationship management, and e-commerce support for industrial products.

The internship focuses on developing skills in sales, business development, marketing, and product presentation while learning about ball screws, conveyors, servo motors, PLCs, sensors, and other automation components.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn technical products and industrial automation applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and issuing quotations to customers.
• Follow up with customers after quotations are submitted.
• Understand customer feedback, timelines, and potential order quantities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing enquiries and potential customers.
• Update the status of quotations and opportunities in the CRM.
