Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a capable Logistics/Operations Clerk to manage the billing cycle and support delivery operations. You will handle Delivery Orders, Sales Invoices, and daily coordination with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries.

You will respond to customer inquiries on delivery matters, communicate with delivery staff, and perform general administrative duties. This role requires multitasking and reliability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Billing process including issuance of Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices.
• Liaise and coordinate with sales teams on order processing and deliveries arrangements.
• Collaborate with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
• Work with warehouse team on daily stock control.
• Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations.
• Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing of documents.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
