Job summary

Chemmart Asia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Admin Assistant to handle customer inquiries by phone and email, and to prepare and process sales orders, DOs and invoices in SQL.

You will maintain poison forms and logistic lists, provide labels for dimensions, products and transporters, and coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure stock accuracy and timely dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails.
• Prepare and process sales orders, cash sales, DOs and invoices in SQL.
• Maintain poison form, poison list and logistic list.
• Provide labels for dimensions, customers, products and transporters.
• Collaborate with internal departments on order inquiries and deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure stock accuracy.
• Inspect stock received for correct quantity and batch.
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery driver on delivery dates.

Job description

• To handle inquiry from customers – calls / emails
• To perform / prepare sales order (SO), cash sales, delivery order (DO) and invoices in SQL.
• To prepare / fill up / update poison form, poison list and logistic list
• To provide dimension / customers label / product label / transporter sheet to person in charge who handle the related customers
• To work closely with internal departments pertaining customer order enquiries and deliveries
• To coordinate with warehouse person / ensure / check the stocks are in accurate quantity, accurate lot / batch number before the stocks have been send out.
• Inspecting stocks received and ensuring stocks are in accurate quantity and type.
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery driver on delivery date and goods collection
