UG Press in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrative Assistant to support daily sales related activities, prepare invoices and delivery documents, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
You will liaise with customers, monitor orders, stock, and pricing issues, and maintain filing and documentation. Candidates with 1–2 years' admin experience and Mandarin-speaking ability are preferred.
Support daily sales administrative and operational activities, including preparing sales documents, following up on customer orders and deliveries, updating product information, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
协助销售团队处理日常行政工作。
准备Invoice、Delivery order、Credit Note及相关文件。
跟进客户订单、送货及库存情况及未完成事项。
更新产品目录及新产品资料。
与销售、仓库、物流、会计及采购部门协调工作确保订单顺利完成
与本地及海外供应商联系,跟进订单、交货及货源。
安排进口货柜到货及卸货。
协助处理订单、送货、库存及价格问题。
整理及保存相关文件。
完成管理层安排的其他工作。
Provide daily administrative support to the Sales Team.
Prepare invoices, Delivery Orders, Credit Notes and related documents.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, stock availability and outstanding matters.
Update product catalogues and new product information.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounts, Purchasing and customers for order fulfilment.
Coordinate incoming containers and unloading arrangements.
Follow up on and resolve order, delivery, stock and pricing issues.
Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Perform other ad‑hoc duties assigned by Management.

Candidate must possess at leastSPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualificationin any field.
Minimum1–2 years of relevant working experiencein administration.

Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin will be given preference, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin‑speaking customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
