Concentrix is seeking an Inbound Sales Agent in Malaysia to convert prospects into customers and drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years of direct sales, IT hardware sales experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRM platforms. You will manage the full sales cycle with a target-driven approach and maintain accurate CRM records.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of direct customer sales experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT hardware, printing, or PC sales.
• Advanced English proficiency in verbal communication and excellent written/chat communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Experience working in a highly measured sales environment with KPIs such as contact rate and conversion.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Strong understanding of consumer technology, computers, the internet, and MS Office applications.
• Strong sales skills, including discovery, objection handling, closing, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Excellent communication, listening, comprehension, and customer service skills.
