Job summary

M&S Medica Supplies Sdn Bhd in Iskandar region, Malaysia, invites applications for an admin/stock-support role. The successful candidate will prepare delivery orders, invoices, quotes and receipts, and will assist with monthly statements and data entry.

The role requires accurate data handling and inventory system updates. Applicants should hold a Diploma with 2-3 years' experience, be skilled in MS Office, and have the willingness to learn new software.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification with 2-3 years working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with Autocount will be an added advantage.
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note and Official Receipt, verifying data accuracy.
• Prepare quotation and consignment note.
• Send monthly statements of account and follow up on enquiries.
• Update inventories to the system.
• Perform other admin related tasks and documentation.
