Job summary

SK Intellix Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics & Admin Officer for our Malaysia branch to oversee inventory management, order processing, and daily administrative tasks.

You will coordinate stock movements, perform counts, prepare MC claims, and support compliance and reporting, acting as a liaison between warehouse and branch operations.

Diploma in Logistics or related field and 1–3 years' warehouse experience required; proficiency in Excel and inventory systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Coordinate stock requests, orders, and logistics.
• Prepare and submit monthly MC claims and verify SFA submissions.
• Forecast inventory and produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Liaise between warehouse, branch operations and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Magic Care Manager with admin tasks.
