Job summary

Adhes Packaging Technology in Malaysia is seeking an International Logistics professional to manage all shipments and ensure compliant import/export operations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidates should have 2+ years of international logistics experience and be comfortable working in Mandarin and English at Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good understanding of import & export procedures, Customs operation and HS codes knowledge
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics with Free Trade Zone/LNW
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin & English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup) and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Manage all international shipments, planning, execution, and delivery for timely, cost-efficient transport.
• Handle import/export processes and ensure compliance with government policies and licensing.
• Identify shipping issues and implement prompt solutions; suggest process improvements.
• Support design and implementation of logistical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Enhance shipment traceability, generate reports, and drive data-based decisions.
• Review costing files, invoices, and other shipping documents.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Manage all international shipments, including planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.

Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government policies and licensing regulations.

Identify shipping issues and implement solutions promptly, and suggest solutions for shipping process optimization

Supports the design and implementation of Logistical Solutions Works with other team members to develop alternative solutions.

Enhance the shipment traceability performance, generate reports, and perform data-driven decisions.

Examine various documents such as costing files, invoices & another related shipping documents.

Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.

Job Requirement:
