Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Export Logistics Executive to support the Logistics & Trade Compliance team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. You will process export shipments, prepare shipping documents, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure compliance with Incoterms and LC requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, 2–5 years in logistics, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin or related field.
2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, export operations or supply chain.
Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

Process daily shipment transactions and customer invoicing in the system.
Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time per customer requirements.
Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) and shipment progress.
Prepare and verify export documents including LC documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse, packing teams and freight forwarders.
Resolve shipment issues with internal and external partners.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, monitoring shipment schedules, and ensuring all export activities comply with customer requirements and international shipping standards.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Process daily shipment transactions and customer invoicing in the system.
Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time according to customer requirements.
Monitor and achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
Prepare and verify export shipping documents, including Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
Update daily ship-out reports and shipment records.
Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to prioritize urgent orders.
Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics service providers for shipment arrangements.
Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delivery status when required.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and company policies.
Resolve shipment-related issues by working closely with internal departments and external partners.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably 2–5 years of working experience in logistics, shipping, export operations, or supply chain.
Good knowledge of international shipping procedures and transportation processes.
Familiar with Incoterms and Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
