Job summary

Global Track Lines (M) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Port Klang to handle shipping schedules, bookings, documentation, and customer communication. You will follow up invoices, packing lists, and cargo status from jetty to destination, coordinating transport and insurance as needed.

The role requires 1 year in shipping/forwarding, strong multitasking and time management, and a willingness to grow in a structured logistics environment with health insurance and maternity leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working customer service/documentations/operations experiences in forwarding/shipping environment.
• Multitasking with communications and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Update shipping schedule with other liner and do booking to the liner once customer confirmed the booking date and prepare booking confirmation.
• Follow up with shipper on the Invoice, Delivery Order and Packing List.
• Check cargo and D/O with Jetty or Warehouse.
• Arrange transport with Transporter for delivery.
• Coordinate and assist on the Insurance and Fumigation on behalf of customers.
• Inform customers on ETA and ETD.
• Update and follow up shipment with destination agent and customer for shipment (Port to Door).
• Follow up the door shipment on behalf of customer until reach the destination.
• Prepare Monthly Objective Report and submit to Assistant Manager for checking.
• Perform any other jobs as assigned by superior/management.

• Responsible to inform customers on the Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) and Estimate Time Departure (ETD);
• Update and follow up shipment with destination agent and customer for shipment (Port to Door);
• Follow up the door shipment on behalf of customer until reach the destination;
• Prepare Monthly Objective Report and submit to Assistant Manager for checking;
• Perform any other jobs as assign by superior / management when required from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM or Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 1 years of working customer service/documentations/operations experiences in forwarding/shipping environment;
• Multitasking with communications and time management skills;
