Training is provided, with clear career progression within a supportive team. The position offers a base salary up to RM2,500 plus monthly incentives up to RM2,000, with potential earnings of RM4,000–RM5,000 within three months and a standard Monday–Friday schedule above LRT

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and follow-up communication.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with billing, payment, and service-related issues.
• Update CRM and customer records accurately in the system.
• Follow call scripts, service guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Support multiple projects or campaigns when assigned.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs, service targets, and quality standards.

Office hours only: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
