Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a General Manager focused on spare parts to lead end-to-end commercial operations, inventory strategies, and regional supply chain activities. The role drives business expansion through wholesale and retail channels, optimizing stock, procurement, and logistics.

The candidate will oversee P&L, budgeting, and cross-functional teams, leveraging ERP systems to improve warehouse efficiency and implement robust SOPs in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in retail, automotive, or related commercial sectors.
• Proven track record in P&L oversight, budgeting, inventory control, and supply chain operations management.
• Strong strategic management capabilities with hands-on experience optimizing warehouse operations and ERP workflows.
• Capability to conduct commercial communications and manage technical documentation with regional supply partners.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field of study.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans, pricing structures, and sales initiatives across wholesale and retail channels.
