Yong Ming Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Manager in Johor Bahru to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth within the automotive sector. This full-time role involves overseeing the sales team, crafting strategic initiatives to boost vehicle sales, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.

You will develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing to promote campaigns while ensuring compliance with policies.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in automotive sales management or a similar sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle specifications, market trends and customer preferences.
• Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

About the role

Yong Ming Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth within the automotive sector. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategic initiatives to increase vehicle sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. This role is crucial to our business objectives and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales performance and market position.

Key responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share

What we’re looking for

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; with proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage

Valid driving licence is essential
