Randstad Malaysia seeks a General Manager focused on spare parts to lead end-to-end commercial operations, inventory strategies, and regional supply chain activities to drive business expansion.

You will develop business plans, oversee procurement and supplier engagement, manage warehouse operations, optimize ERP workflows, and lead cross-functional teams in a high-performance environment, delivering growth across wholesale and retail channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in retail, automotive, or related commercial sectors, with significant leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in P&L oversight, budgeting, inventory control, and supply chain operations management.
• Strong strategic management capabilities with hands-on experience optimizing warehouse operations and ERP workflows.
• Capability to conduct commercial communications and manage technical documentation with regional supply partners.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field of study.
