Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited is seeking a data center operations professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will perform IDC data center duties, handle work orders, alarms and incidents, and provide on-site support when required.

You will monitor critical infrastructure such as power, HVAC and low-voltage systems, update logs, and respond to incidents per EOP, ensuring timely reporting and fault resolution. English and Mandarin communication are essential.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of facility systems and IDC/data center operations.
• Familiar with power, HVAC and low-voltage systems.
• Strong incident response, troubleshooting and risk management.
• Able to communicate clearly, with good listening and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform IDC data center duty, handle work orders, alarms and incidents, and provide on-site support.
• Update and maintain infrastructure logs, ensure data accuracy, submit reports on time.
• Respond quickly to incidents per EOP, report promptly, and follow through to fault resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data center infrastructure: power, HVAC, LV systems.
• Identify optimization opportunities in monitoring, capacity, safety and availability.
• Develop and implement MOPs for infrastructure changes with zero fault risk.
• Perform other duties related to data center operations.
