RAPTOR MALAYSIA SDN.BHD is seeking an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) User Support Technician in Kuala Lumpur. You will diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues, install and repair peripherals, and support daily ICT operations for staff.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, you should be practical, reliable and able to work under pressure to meet targets; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong problem solving and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Knowledge in computer hardware software and networking knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication; good attitude and responsible character.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or other electronic means.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with software, hardware, networks, databases and the Internet.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software or peripherals.
• Set up equipment for employee use and install cables and operating systems.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions and remedial actions.
• Research solutions using guides and technical manuals.
• Assist ICT professionals to develop and test ICT products and services.
