Job summary

Ralota Technologies Inc. is seeking an IT support specialist in Kuala Lumpur to provide first level technical support for colleagues, assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and help manage studio equipment. You will monitor the integrity of our corporate IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has hands-on curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and fluent English, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Familiarity with small networks and OSs is a plus.

Qualifications
