Agensi Pekerjaan Job Expert Sdn Bhd is seeking a Product Executive (Cybersecurity & Networking) to support sales through training, pricing insights, and market analysis. The role focuses on developing go-to-market plans and nurturing channel partner relationships across industries.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in CS/IT and at least 1 year of IT Security experience, with a proactive, travel-ready mindset to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in IT Security / ICT industry.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of ICT sales, channel management, and sales planning.
• Outgoing, sociable, self-motivated, and enjoys building business relationships.
• Willing to travel and must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product presentation materials and provide training to sales teams to support sales strategies and execution.
• Create training programs for both existing and new products.
• Monitor business performance and market trends and suggest improvements to achieve targets.
• Conduct pricing studies, competitor comparisons, and review product features and marketing strategies.
• Plan and drive product development initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage product stock levels and ensure good product performance in the market.
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners to grow business opportunities.
• Work with assigned industries/accounts to explore and develop new opportunities.
• Support joint sales and marketing activities with channel partners.
• Handle enquiries, feedback, and day-to-day operational issues related to product and sales.

Job Scope
