Job summary

InsiderSecurity is seeking a technically adept professional in Kuala Lumpur to serve as the go-to expert for our cybersecurity SaaS solutions. You will deploy and configure products at client sites or in cloud environments, tailor use cases, and troubleshoot issues to ensure robust protection.

This client-facing role blends CS and engineering, enabling you to support sales with demos and interact with product teams while guiding junior engineers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in system administration, cloud administration or IT networking.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu.
• Experienced with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Experienced with networking.
• Experienced with Python or other high-level programming languages.
• Familiarity with Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with database administration and SQL is a plus.
• Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting.
• Must be a Malaysia resident.
• Engage in impactful work addressing cybersecurity challenges.
