Job summary

Indepth solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Admin Executive to support ICT/IT projects and tender activities. The role collaborates with project managers, technical teams, suppliers, government agencies, and clients to ensure documentation, tender submissions, procurement, schedules, and records are properly prepared and tracked.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, business admin, project management or related discipline, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, or a related discipline
• Candidates with other qualifications but relevant working experience may also be considered
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in project administration, ICT/IT, tender management, procurement, or coordination
• Experience in ICT/IT product sourcing, tender preparation, quotation management, or government procurement is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and willingness to learn may also be considered

• Coordinate with Project Managers, technical teams, suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and government agencies
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Prepare and track tender submissions
• Prepare and track quotations
• Manage procurement activities
• Track and maintain project schedules
