Job summary

PETER STUYVESANT TRAVEL SDN. BHD is seeking a hybrid role that blends corporate travel advisory with inside sales. You will manage an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts from quotes and bookings to trip support and revenue targets.

You will handle end-to-end flight, hotel, and group bookings using GDS and corporate tools, build relationships, ensure policy compliance, and participate in after-hours support rotations.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Around 2 years of experience in inbound or inside sales.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder.
• Familiarity with Corporate Booking Tools, CRMs, and corporate travel policies.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or another regional language is an added bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for travel arrangers and corporate clients.
• Handle end-to-end bookings—flights, hotels, and group bookings.
• Prepare quotes, manage a pipeline, and upsell/cross-sell.
• Apply corporate negotiated rates to maximize client value.
• Participate in After Office Hours Emergency Support rotation.
