Job summary

HOLIDAYGOGOGO TOURS SDN. BHD. is a travel agency seeking a Corporate Sales & Operations professional to drive revenue growth through corporate travel sales and ensure seamless operational execution from our Setia Alam office in Selangor.

The role combines sales excellence with travel operations in a full-time capacity. You will manage key client relationships, develop tailored travel solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality travel services while achieving sales

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality or proven B2B sales success.
• Strong understanding of travel operations, including booking systems and destination management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure corporate travel contracts and partnerships with businesses of varying sizes.
• Develop customised travel solutions and proposals meeting corporate requirements and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients as the primary contact.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of itineraries and deliverables.
• Monitor and manage sales pipelines with accurate records of quotations and interactions.
• Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
• Handle booking confirmations, payments and documentation for efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns.
• Collaborate with finance and logistics to optimise workflows and reduce costs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
