Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality or related field; Diploma/Certificate in Ticketing or IATA; 3 years in Travel/Airlines/Hotel; familiarity with reservations systems and IATA rules; MS Office and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle and track telephone, e-mail & walk-in enquiries; plan itineraries, make reservations, and issue tickets/documents.
• Plan itineraries and reservations, including hotels, car rental, coach, train, and flights.
• Provide visa information and submit applications; share up-to-date air fare information with clients.
