Job summary

Mitra Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Corporate Travel professional to implement sales strategies, acquire corporate clients, and promote travel products. You will handle flight reservations, client communications, and after-sales support to meet targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in corporate travel, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills, and MS Office proficiency. Candidates must have own transport and Malaysian citizenship.

Qualifications

• Diploma (or equivalent) with 2–3 years in corporate travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of MS Office; basic reservation and ticketing systems a plus.
• Own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to sales strategies and plans to ensure quality in marketing procedures.
• Acquire new potential corporate clients to meet annual targets.
• Promote company products/services and provide Tours & Travel information to clients.
• Provide client feedback to management to improve service quality.
• Inform Sales Manager of new competitor developments and suggest improvements.
• Conduct market research locally and internationally to identify new clients.
• Handle after-sales service and attend to complaints.
• Meet individual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Expand corporate market coverage and achieve budget turnover and profit.
• Maintain client profiles in the CRS and update records regularly.
• Assist with flight reservations, itineraries, planning, and quotations.
• Monitor clients’ credit limits and ensure timely payments.
