Job summary

Tec D Distribution (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HPE Presales Consultant to join the Modern Data Center team. You will drive technical presales engagements across the HPE portfolio, helping partners and customers modernize infrastructure and accelerate hybrid cloud adoption.

The role focuses on HPE Compute, Storage, Hybrid Cloud, Data Protection, AI Infrastructure, and Aruba Networking, including GreenLake and related platforms, with partner Enablement being a key facet of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Architecture and Hybrid Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise storage and backup is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies and cloud transformation.

Responsibilities

• Engage partners and customers to gather business and technical requirements.
• Design HPE infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions aligned to outcomes.
• Develop sizing, BOMs, architectures, and technical proposals.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.
• Deliver technical workshops, PoCs, and solution demonstrations.
• Enable partners through training and competency development.
