Greenway Links, a Malaysia-based fulfilment and 3PL provider, is seeking a commercially driven business development professional to identify, engage, and secure new fulfilment customers, especially e-commerce brands, marketplace sellers, distributors and wholesalers.

You will manage the full sales process from prospecting to contract closure, leveraging established networks to grow our fulfilment portfolio and drive revenue in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B fulfilment/e-commerce warehousing/3PL sales experience.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and contract closure.
• Established networks with brands, distributors and wholesalers are advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred for Chinese owners.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire B2B, DTC, e-commerce and marketplace fulfilment customers.
• Generate leads through industry networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and conduct meetings, presentations and facility visits.
• Assess customer requirements including order volumes, inventory, storage and fulfilment needs.
• Collaborate with management and operations to develop competitive proposals and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into contracted customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across warehousing, transportation and other contract logistics services.
• Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and provide regular activity updates.
