Job summary

Ultimate Machining Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a qualified HVAC technician to maintain and service building and office HVAC systems, AHU, chillers and cooling towers in Penang. You will diagnose faults, replace faulty components, and test systems for safety and efficiency, while liaising with external contractors on-site.

The ideal candidate holds a certificate/diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration, with hands-on experience in 410A inverter, VRV/VRF systems and installation, repair, and

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Air conditioning and refrigeration System or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Knowledge of service, checking and installation of air conditioning, HVAC units
• Knowledge and hand on of air conditioning systems, 410 A inverter, air cool speed and VRV systems

Responsibilities

• To perform routine maintenance & servicing for building & office HVAC systems. AHU. chillers & cooling towers
• To Diagnose problems and troubleshoot all aircon equipment's
• Replace or repair malfunctioning components such as compressors, motors, fans and thermostats
• Test HVAC systems for functionality, efficiency and safety
• Overseeing external contractor's works /service and monitor their performance
