Job summary

Refcool Air Conditioning & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking qualified technicians to perform service, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of all types of air conditioning systems in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires leading technicians, supporting the technical service team and solving technical problems on site.

Candidates with knowledge of 410A inverter systems, air cool speed and VRV/VRF configurations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service, checking and installation of air conditioning systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of air conditioning systems, 410A inverter, air cool speed, VRV/VRF systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for service, checking, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of all types of air conditioning systems.
• Lead technicians to provide maintenance and operation services for all customers.
• Provide support to the technical service team and handle resolutions and customer complaints.
• Attend and solve technical problems on site.

Responsibilities:Responsible in service, checking,maintainence, install and trouble-shooting of all type or air conditional system

To lead technician to provide maintenance and operation services for all customers

Provide support to technical service team. Handle technical resolutions and customer complaints

To provide guidance and coaching to the technical team

To attend & solve technical problems of any company products at site

Requirements:Knowledge of service,checking and installation of air cond

Knowledge and hands on of air cond system,410A inverter,air cool speed and VRV/VRF system.

Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in the related field.

Able to work independently and under pressure

With GDL license will be advantage

Experience with MS Software (ie.Word, Excel, Power Point etc).
