Hisakaworks SEA Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Service Engineer to support operations in Johor. You will perform heat exchanger servicing at the Johor service centre and at customer sites, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical input to service and sales teams.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in heat exchanger servicing or related industrial maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel for service assignments and emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair of plate heat exchangers at service centres and customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend service solutions.
• Coordinate service activities with customers and the sales/service teams at headquarters.
• Prepare clear and accurate service reports with findings and recommendations.
• Support sales activities by following up with customers and providing technical input.
