Job summary

You will train clients and internal teams, coordinate with engineering and marketing, and monitor sales performance to forecast trends and achieve targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or engineering sales is preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication to convey technical info to clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for meetings, site assessments, and events.
• Customer-oriented approach to understand and address client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate VRF and chiller knowledge to clients with focus on specs, features and benefits.
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand HVAC needs and tailor solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations highlighting advantages of selected HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in VRF and chiller markets.
• Conduct trainings/workshops for clients and internal teams on VRF and chiller products.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and marketing to align offerings.
• Oversee project implementation ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to forecast trends.
