Job summary

INCHZ ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a Services Sales Engineer for its HVAC & M&E Division in Malaysia. You will combine technical HVAC expertise with sales acumen to grow service and maintenance business, manage client relationships, and drive on-site service deliveries.

You will visit sites, assess requirements, prepare quotations and proposals, and chase renewals and new opportunities, while coordinating with project teams to guarantee quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, M&E, or technical sales; fresh graduates with strong communication invited.
• Good understanding of air-conditioning systems, chilled water systems, pumps and controls.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC maintenance, servicing, repair, retrofit, and replacement works.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare service quotations, maintenance proposals, tenders and submissions.
• Follow up on service leads, quotations, renewals, and maintenance opportunities to meet targets.
• Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of proposed services and effective customer support.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities; provide feedback to management for business development.
