Formación

• Strong HVAC engineering background and practical system experience.
• Proficient in HVAC CAD for designing layouts.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair knowledge for HVAC equipment.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Eng, HVAC, or related field.
• Excellent communication and sales ability to explain concepts to clients.
• Ability to perform on-site assessments and work safely with teams.
• Experience in HVAC sales or field service is advantageous; driver's license beneficial.

Role Description

The HVAC Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawang. This role is responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing suitable HVAC solutions, and preparing quotations for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, assessing system requirements, collaborating with technicians on design and installation plans, and following up with clients to close sales. The HVAC Sales Engineer will also support servicing and preventive maintenance contracts, maintain accurate records of opportunities and projects, and ensure that solutions meet safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and practical experience with HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in HVAC Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for planning and proposing system layouts.
• Hands-on knowledge of Maintenance & Repair practices for air-conditioning and related equipment.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Effective communication and sales skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
• Ability to perform on-site assessments, work safely, and collaborate with technicians and project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in industrial, commercial, and residential environments.
• Prior experience in HVAC sales or field service is an advantage; a valid driver’s license is beneficial for site visits.
