Job summary

Chem Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. You will engage with consultants, M&E contractors, factory owners and procurement teams to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.

You will prepare quotations, tender submissions and technical proposals, conduct customer meetings, site visits and technical presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Experience in B2B and project sales, including quotation preparation, tendering and managing long sales cycles.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Fluent English and proficiency in Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and delivering technical presentations.
• Self-motivated, persistent and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas and attend training in Singapore.
• Experience in ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
