Job summary

Aconland Holdings Sdn Bhd, based in Malaysia, is seeking an Executive to drive sales in the air-conditioning, refrigeration and HVAC sector. You will develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our air-conditioning components, refrigeration spare parts and HVAC products.

You will lead presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and work with technical teams to ensure project success while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within electrical, electronic engineering or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering products, systems or services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical and electronic engineering market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present and demonstrate electrical and electronic engineering products and solutions to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product training and educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and opportunities within our CRM system.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to generate leads.
