Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales and implement advanced HVAC engineering solutions across various industries in Kuantan, Pahang. You will promote ACSON products, build strong client relationships, and independently manage your sales territory.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or related fields, with experience in sales or marketing being a plus.

Qualifications

Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
Experience in sales, retail, B2B, or marketing is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, planning, and presentation skills.
Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel and must possess own transportation with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by promoting ACSON’s brand products and HVAC engineering solutions to key partners across industries.
Build lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor while expanding account opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide product consultation and technical support to help customers identify the right HVAC solutions.
Manage your sales territory independently, maintaining strong client connections and identifying new business opportunities.
