Job summary

Midea Scott & English Electronics Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to promote Midea HVAC products to developers, contractors and customers. You will identify opportunities, prepare quotations, conduct site visits and tailor solutions to project needs.

Travel to meet clients, negotiate, and close orders while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. You will track market trends and achieve monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in HVAC or related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell Midea products and solutions to customers and project clients.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and projects.
• Build and maintain good relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, dealers, and customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries and projects.
• Conduct site visits and understand customers’ requirements.
• Recommend suitable products based on project needs.
• Follow up on projects from quotation to order and delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and project execution.
• Prepare regular sales and project reports.
• Other ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
