You will develop strategies, post vacancies, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment analytics. The role emphasizes compliance with Malaysian laws and collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a corporate setting.

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources (Recruitment) professional to join our HR team in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs through to onboarding new employees. You will play a strategic role in building our workforce by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates who align with our company values and business objectives. This position is essential to supporting our organisational growth and ensuring we attract the right talent to drive our success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across the organisation
• Post job vacancies on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment websites to maximise candidate reach
• Source and screen applications, conducting initial assessments to identify suitable candidates
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of all applications and recruitment activities
• Liaise with hiring departments to understand their specific talent requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
• Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process for newly hired employees
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent networks to support recruitment efforts

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and the recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates at all levels
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR management software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other HR team members
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
• Preferred experience in using social media and online platforms for talent sourcing
• Preferred experience in building employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
