WARISAN TC HOLDINGS BHD is hiring a full-time Human Resources (Recruitment) professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from identifying talent needs to onboarding—sourcing, screening, and placing candidates who fit our values and business goals.

You will develop strategies, post vacancies, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment analytics. The role emphasizes compliance with Malaysian laws and collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidates at all levels.
• Experience using HR management software or ATS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post vacancies on job boards and social media to maximise reach.
• Source and screen applications, conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain records.
• Provide regular updates to hiring departments on progress.
• Prepare recruitment reports with key metrics.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and internal policies.
• Engage with recruitment agencies and external networks.
