About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive to join our team in Bandar Sungai Long, Selangor on a full-time basis.
This role focuses on recruitment, training and ISO-related HR processes. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, coordinating employee onboarding and training programs, maintaining training records and supporting ISO documentation and audit requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and passionate about developing people while driving HR excellence and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and job offer administration
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Manage job postings, advertising and candidate databases to ensure efficient talent acquisition
- Conduct initial assessments of candidates and prepare comprehensive interview feedback reports
- Assist in the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Support employee relations activities, including performance management and professional development initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain training records, competency matrices and training effectiveness evaluations.
- Support ISO management system requirements, including documentation, audits and continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and records are updated and compliant with company and ISO standards.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate employee documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives as required.
What we're looking for
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or recruitment role, preferably in an in-house HR department or recruitment agency
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and staff at all levels
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail with strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities
- Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proactive approach with a genuine interest in supporting internal recruitment initiatives
- Professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity
- Preferred: Previous experience with full-cycle recruitment or familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
